Order Processing

Orders are processed immediately after successful payment confirmation. Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner availability, and external factors. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before your order is final.

Accurate Delivery Information

Important: Customers are entirely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Ragi Ratna cannot be held responsible for transit delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the eligible amount received will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable processing window, depending on your banking institution.
